Lamb sweetbreads, aubergine salsa, mixed leaves
Feta and olive, homemade pesto rocket salad

Roast ruby red rib eye of beef, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish cream
River trout and pollock, brown shrimp sauce
Herb gnocchi, roasted spring veg
Pork steak and chicken, wholegrain and wild mushroom sauce

All served with bowls of seasonal vegetables and roasties
